Hospitality F&B Design

Deli 613 brings a fresh culinary and cultural experience to Dublin’s Rathmines, marking the city’s first kosher deli. Housed within a restored 19th-century schoolhouse, the project balances historical preservation with contemporary hospitality design, creating a warm and inviting space for dining and community connection.

As lead designer, I collaborated closely with co-owners Rabbi Zalman and Rifky Lent to reimagine the interiors, carefully respecting the building’s heritage while introducing thoughtful interventions that enhance both function and atmosphere. The design blends traditional influences with modern elements, ensuring the space serves as both a vibrant eatery and a gathering place for cultural and spiritual engagement. The result is a harmonious fusion of history, identity, and hospitality, shaping a unique destination within Dublin’s evolving food scene.
